Moving to Florida was a tough decision. Finding a condo was hard until we found Ms. Pentsa at an open house. She was very knowledgeable on the market and found our condo and helped us with finding workers to prepare our place so we can move into a nice clean condo. I moved to Florida with my then wife and Lela found us a great house we enjoyed for a while. I say a while because unfortunately we divorced. Lela listed our property and found my next home quickly. It was a very stressful time but she handled everything like a champ. So many issues came up but Lela knew how to handle anything that came our way. My ex needed help finding a place out of state and Lela found a resource to help. I though I would never hear from Lela again as I did get emotional a couple times but I get a friendly hello every so often and am happy to let folks know about how awesome she is.

I listed my house for sale by owner. I had a lot of calls about it but mostly from agents wanting to list my house. Lela stopped by and offered options on how to sell my house. She left information for me to use to help me. I called Mrs. Pentsa a couple months later to see if she would list my house. I know I should have had her do it sooner but I figured I would try to save on some costs on commission. Her advise was good but I didn’t have any luck on my own. She listed my house and brought a buyer. When I decided to sell my rental property, I didn’t wait time and called Mrs. Pentsa. She listed that property and sold it quickly. I was happy with the funds I ended up with. More than if I did it on my own.

I didn’t but a house through Lela but my mother did and she raved about Lela. My mother passed away and Lela sold my mom’s villa and coordinated people to come help get my mom’s place ready to sell and it really looked nice. I want to thank Lela for being so good to my mother and even though she didn’t get to enjoy it for as long as she would have liked, she was in a beautiful community where she made a lot of friends and was happy when Lela would stop by to visit and bring her things she might need from time to time. Lela was a busy person but made time. That is rare.

Great gal. Lela found us a diamond in the rough that would accommodate our two dogs. So we bought a house for our dogs lol. We are beyond happy with her services because it is something you don’t often see. Called us back and kept us in the loop. My partner was skeptical about buying in Lakewood Ranch since we moved from Chicago, but we love it here and are planning to buy an investment property and guess who we are going to hire??? Lela is the best.
