Sarasota is a city on the Gulf coast and the downtown area is considered the prime area to enjoy its culture, exquisite shopping, variety of dining options and various real estate offerings. Many local growers, florists, arts, and crafts vendors display their products. From food trucks to coffee kiosks there is much to enjoy during market days.

The vast housing options for those interested in living downtown offer so many opportunities from condominiums that are quaint to modern with various view and amenities to single family homes in the historic area like Burns Court or Laurel Park there is something for everyone.
